The personality – Who are we as employers? Which are our values and what is our vision?
Our company’s tradition and prestige are result of the effort of the people who work here.
5 departments, 3 manufacturing departments, approximately 20 offices, subsidiaries which cover the entire area in the country and a large number of collaborators, from important research institutes, form the Farmec family.
Beyond the investments made in the past few years in research or in increasing the production capacity, the most important investment was made in our human capital, Farmec developing until now a wide range of courses for the professional development of the employees. An important step that Farmec has made was in 2007, when Farmec obtained PHARE funds in order to run a comprehensive training program, of a total value of 61.000 Euros. To this amount was added the sum of 16.150 Euros, own contribution, which represented 20% of the total value of 77.000 Euros of the project. These classes have completed the training activities which previously benefited the Farmec employees, by adding new themes.
By our actions we follow to keep our key employees – those employees who provide the continuity of the business – therefore, even in case of a low training budget, the growth of the professional level of the employees will always be a priority.
We have created a database in which we have included all the CVs we have received at the address: resurse_umane@farmec.ro, the CVs brought to the company’s headquarter or received from the students which have accomplished their thesis’ within our company. The recruitment is made first by a research within our database. The persons which correspond to the profile of the job, will be invited to an interview.
In the centre of our activity are the people, the longevity and prestige of the company is owed to them. Our collective is formed by people of high value and success, involved and very passionate about what they are doing. Our efforts are made towards keeping this trend.
