WHAT DOES FARMEC MEAN

Farmec is the first local cosmetic producer to have its own chain of brand stores, with a turnover exceeding 17 million RON (3.6 million EUR), end of 2018.

With regards to the average value of the shopping cart, this has increased by 40% compared to 2016 – the first year when the Gerovital brand store network was founded.

Customer traffic has also maintained on a positive trend, with a monthly visitor number of 25,000.

THE GEROVITAL STORES

The development of the Gerovital stores is based on the one-of-a-kind concept “Doctor in Beauty” that was created in full harmony with the brand features: innovation, trust and efficiency.

In the Gerovital stores, you can find skincare products, as well as hair and body products, all belonging to the beloved Gerovital and Aslavital brands.

The Gerovital stores can be found nationwide, as they are present in the most important cities, within shopping centers from Bucharest (Afi Cotroceni, Park Lake, Sun Plaza, Veranda Mall, Baneasa Feeria and Smardan-Centrul Vechi), lasi (lulius Mall), Constanta (City Park Constanta and Vivo), Craiova (Electroputere Mall), Ploiesti (Afi Ploiesti), Timisoara (lulius Mall), Ramnicu Valcea (Shopping City), Galati (Shopping City), Suceava (lulius Mall) and Piatra Neamt (Shopping City).

THE FARMEC STORES

The Farmec stores offer for sale all the Farmec products, including products for house cleaning of the two ranges: Nufar and Triumf.

At the end of 2018, there were 8 Farmec stores opened nationwide, located in central areas of the main cities: Cluj, Brasov, Targu Mures, Timisoara, Arad and Sibiu.

Support and monitoring of the store opening implementation processes. We include here a bespoke assortment, store concept and equipment, personnel and management team training.

As an active member in the Farmec team, the franchisee shall have at their disposal all the latest news and network innovations.

Once the store opened, our support shall continue thanks to a franchisee dedicated team, by specific marketing activities, as well as programmes and promotions from Farmec. The reporting and the business monitor system shall be supported by Farmec standardized programmes. The franchisee’s team shall enjoy periodical training programmes with updates on innovations, customer relationship and last, but not least, motivational programmes.
